It is reported that EV sales are ever increasing say over Diesels but I can get a Petrol or Diesel but not Electric so where are they all coming from, or is it just sales without buyers actually taking ownership?

Well it must be my part of the country - I stopped at an Hyundai dealer to have look at an AWD IONIC 5 Electric which are circa £42K - £53K they haven`t got one not even a petrol version and they are quoting possibly 12 months delivery but not sure!

Just one example but take a BMW i3 EV new £34K with a range of 177 - 190 miles now a 2014 car at 8 years old £13K to £16K with an 8 year battery warranty I can`t see people queuing round the block to buy one second hand let alone new.

I wonder if these smart chargers will be tamper proof/unhackable.

I have read somewhere there could possibly be a curfew certain times when you will not be able to charge your car.
They really are not making a good case in the future to go electric from what I can see.
