The same for me but I do only drive it on dry, salt free winter days! If the nuts are OE they are McGard you can get a key from them on their website under replacement keys or by emailing a photo of the existing nuts or you can buy a set of locking wheel nut removal sockets they will remove them but then obviously you will need a new set, the chances of finding someon...

If they replace the VED with a mileage charge in the budget then you should be better off, unless of course they introduce a mileage charge and keep the VED rates! who knows!
