Looks like trackday is sold out. Just paid for Hotel Fri & Sat; I will come along to the trackday and cadge some passenger rides, even if I can't drive!

Food paid for in shop as well (not added any menu options - I can't find them! :-O)

Hi, I have a couple of questions re the AGM. First one is as a non member I don't expect to be able to vote on any agenda items but am I allowed to be in the meeting? Secondly what's the start and estimated end time on Sunday? Just so I can tell the babysitter. Thanks.

9th Oct Friday : Track day at Mallory Park

10th Oct Sat : Convoy to Twycross Zoo meet 10am hotel car park, leave in convoy 10:15 am meet 4pm Zoo car park for convoy back to hotel
Meet 7pm for evening diner served at 7:30
Raffle and merriment after ( grand prise ) exedy clutch donated by Clive of Racing Beat Europe

11th Oct Sun : In person agm starting at 11:30 in the hotel.

If anyone has anything they would like brought up at the agm they should message myself or the club secretary

As Malcolm says, this has generally been the way. If you want to renew your membership, then I'll refund £20 from your AM dinner which will mostly offset it.

For those staying at the hotel Thursday night, Gwyn and I plan to eat at the hotel at about 7pm. Others are very welcome to join us, just let me know if you do and I'll add you to the table booking
