New 76 plate car

Gwyn and I have been holding onto our Honda Jazz daily for far longer than usual. One of a series of Jazz's we have owned since 2006, this one was over 8 years old. We finally decided it was time to chop it in, whilst it still had some p/ex value.

After a LOT of pondering, we opted for a BEV, the new Kia 2 GT-Line S, with 61kWh battery, 275 mile range and heaps of tech and feaures. I'd have liked something a little bigger, but Gwyn only likes small cars and we both need to drive it.

Picked it up this afternoon, so a 76 plate. Only a short drive so far, but very pleased with it. I have spent ages changing our electricity tariff to get cheap overnight charging, registering car with a new Hypervolt charger, connecting my phone, installing remote control apps, setting up satnav favourites, radio favourites, etc. Still more to do, like memory seat setups, as I get to know all the things to play with
