This is what I feared, any idea roughly what the pro license costs? It just says POA on the website.

Versa tuner has a much cheaper option for such where the sw it self is cheap, but you than pay per vin used (less than one single pro license)Calcifur83 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 25, 2022 7:08 pmGood Evening all,
I am thinking about getting my hands on a copy of Mazdaedit and an Openport. I want it for 2x rx8's that we currently have, but would like it to be future proof for any changes that might occur. What would be your recommendations for which licence to look for and where is the best place to get an Openport in the UK.

Ah ok, that's interesting I don't know anything about Verstune, so I will do some research.
Thanks

Re: DIY tuning/remapping with mazdaEdit and Openport
Question for the collective
my copy of mazda Edit has packed up as it was working yesterday and now it requested I upload the latest version
so I did that and its now locked into a loop where it keeps requesting the version is updated despite installing the latest 2.5 version ( personal edition)
any thoughts ?

Re: DIY tuning/remapping with mazdaEdit and Openport
Hello all
Just found yesterday the latest windows update no longer allows the driver for the openport ( Tactrix)
you have to boot the laptop in advanced startup mode and disable driver signing for that boot up
it will revert back to standard on the next boot up
